Your figures stay
with you.
Calculations run in your browser. The calculator does not upload or save your material volumes, cycle times, prices, addresses, names, email addresses or files. There is no account, payment flow or advertising on this version.
Minimal usage measurement
We record a small set of actions: opening the tool, changing inputs, calculating, comparing a quote, requesting a text download or print, and choosing a feedback response. A random tab-session identifier, UTC date, product version and broad referral category are included. We do not send a full referring URL or the values you entered. The broad category is kept within the current tab when you move between pages. A delivery-resource link can mark the category as “supplier”; it does not identify a supplier or customer. These are browser events, not a count of verified people.
The identifier lives in session storage. An opt-out preference is stored locally if you choose “Turn off usage counts” below the calculator. Do Not Track is respected. The calculator works with measurement blocked. Opting out stops future events; it does not automatically remove previously recorded anonymous events.
The application retains event rows for up to 30 days in its reporting window. Older rows are deleted in bounded batches when new events arrive; inactive sites may retain old rows until another request. Aggregate counts are available at /api/metrics. No endpoint exposes individual session identifiers.
When you email support
If you email support@yardcarry.com, we receive your email address and the content you send so we can respond and investigate the issue. Incoming mail is forwarded through Cloudflare to our QQ inbox; replies may be sent using Gmail and Resend. These providers process messages under their own service policies. We do not use support messages to build marketing lists. Please avoid sending sensitive information. Contact the same address to request access, correction or deletion of your support correspondence; necessary legal or operational records may need to be retained.
Hosting and downloads
The hosting platform necessarily processes requests and may retain operational logs under its own policies. This application does not write IP addresses into its measurement database. The page also requests fonts from Google Fonts, whose servers receive the network information needed to deliver them. Text exports are created on your device. Printing uses your browser and chosen printer or PDF destination.
