Want to try the free planner with your customers? Read the supplier pilot guide and email us with feedback on whether it helps customers prepare for a delivery. There is no paid subscription or referral commission in the current pilot.

What support covers

We can help explain how the tool works and investigate errors. We do not provide emergency support, site inspections, engineering advice, contractor quotes or equipment-safety assessments. Response times may vary.
